Assessment Session

An assessment session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and start to explore what you would like to get out of therapy.

The session is £60 for a 1 hour session.

What to Expect

Counselling Session

The fee for a counselling session is £60 for a 1 hour session. Sessions are paid for in advance.

Sessions can be longer than 60 minutes if desired, charged at the same hourly rate.

Reduced fees - My fee is fixed. If you receive means-tested benefits, please get in touch as I may be able to offer a reduction.

Cancellations Policy

Sessions take place in my home in Walkley, Sheffield. They are held in a therapy room in my house.

Accessibility

I typically work face-to-face. If you require any support or adjustments to access counselling (for example, wheelchair friendly access, specific sensory needs, or to meet online), get in touch with me and we will work this out.
